**Essential Information & Service Agreement: IMPORTANT**

• If installing parts, please verify the parts you are sending for installation are correct. Keystone Chrono Works won’t be responsible for incorrect parts fitment supplied by customers. Bear in mind that additional costs may apply for supplying incorrect parts and replacing them with correct ones.
• Keystone Chrono Works typically returns old parts.
• All prices quoted during service request are preliminary. The final pricing will be determined after receiving, testing, and assessing your watch.
• We accept payments through PayPal, Venmo, and CashApp at present.
• As the work progresses and completes, photos of the watch will be shared with you before we ship it back.
• Refunds will be provided under specified circumstances. The process for requesting a refund will be communicated on an individual basis.
• Your privacy matters to us. We assure you that your personal and payment information will remain confidential and secure. We adhere to strict data privacy protocols.

Important Notice Regarding Shipments

• Keystone Chrono Works does not accept any packages, watches, or parts sent without prior written approval. Unauthorized shipments will be refused upon delivery and returned to sender at the sender’s expense.

• We are not responsible for any items sent to us without our explicit consent. This policy is in place to protect all parties and ensure compliance with customs regulations and internal security protocols.

Servicing Details

• Moebius Oil, a high-quality watch oil, is the only lubrication used to ensure smooth operation of mechanical parts.
• Shipping responsibility lies with the customer. Keystone Chrono Works is not responsible for theft, damage, or loss during shipping. Shipping will remain INSURED unless requested by the customer not to be. The cost of basic return shipping is NOT included in the service charge. Protective packaging for shipping is highly recommended when inbound, and KCW will package all items for a safe return.
• Rotor noise in a timepiece is a characteristic feature of mechanical watches. Proper servicing may reduce noise levels, but a certain amount of rotor noise will and should persist.
• Service duration typically ranges from 4-8 weeks, subject to variation based on Keystone Chrono Works’ current workload.
• We provide a 12-month workmanship warranty on Swiss movements, and 6-month workmanship warranty on non-Swiss movements covering labor only. Parts from Non-Swiss movements are not covered due to their inconsistent quality variations from the Swiss.
• Keystone Chrono Works is not liable for any regulation issues after the watch has been shipped, given proper regulation documentation was provided prior to sending. Impact, magnetic exposure, water ingress and many other factors can cause a reagulated watch to fail and are the responsibility of the wearer.
• If any unexpected damage occurs during servicing, the policy for dealing with such incidents will be communicated accordingly.

Non-Swiss Movement Work

• It’s important to remember that Non-Swiss-grade watches and replacement parts may not perform at the same level or have the same longevity as their Swiss-grade counterparts. Ownership of any Non-Swiss watch comes with inherent risks.
• Regulation standard is +/- 5-10 seconds per day (if Swiss, it will be within the manufacturer’s standards).
• Date change may have a deviation of +/- 5-10 minutes from midnight depending upon the tolerace in the minute train.
• Availability of Non-Swiss-grade parts can vary and may impact repair times.
• Keystone Chrono Works will never install genuine Swiss components onto Non-Swiss movements to make them seem more authentic.

• The legal jurisdiction governing these terms of service will be communicated accordingly.
