I just went through the service process with Michael on an important piece that was overdue for service. Michael was referred to me by a fellow watch enthusiast who said he was fantastic. I had to wait months for him to get to my project-and it was worth every second. His work and communication are difficult to describe. His thoroughness was never ending and his communication can only be described as constant. I can’t remember the last time I received service of this level. Just extraordinary. Do not hesitate to use him for your high-end watch services.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. My vintage Heuer chronograph is a piece I’m particular about, and it was obvious Micheal knew how to handle it with the care it deserves. Communication was excellent — quick, clear updates every step of the way, no guessing where things stood. The watch came back looking and running beautifully, treated with real respect for its age and history. Five stars / Highly recommend!!

Michael serviced my Omega Seamaster after I accidentally left the crown open and went swimming. He got it done quickly, was easy to deal with, and did a great job. Definitely recommend.
